The women’s squad has made its way back to the Sobha Realty Training Centre after the winter recess. The athletes took a break to recuperate and refresh after a demanding season. Head coach Sarah Johnson conveyed her enthusiasm for reassembling the team and resuming their training regimen.
“We had a constructive winter break, but it’s wonderful to see everyone back on the pitch,” Johnson commented. “The players have been diligent during their time off, and it’s clear they are keen to dive back into training and enhance their abilities.”
Team members also expressed excitement about reconnecting with their fellow players and getting back into their routine. Midfielder Laura Gomez shared her reflections on the return to training post-break.
“It’s always challenging to step away from the game, but I believe we all needed that time off to rest and return rejuvenated,” Gomez remarked. “I’m excited to see the heights we can reach this season through our hard work and commitment in training.”
The team has established ambitious objectives for the forthcoming season and is resolved to give their utmost effort on the pitch. With the support of the coaching staff and the players’ dedication, the women’s team is eager for a triumphant season ahead at the Sobha Realty Training Centre.
